Mereside’s Sports Week 2026 Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who came along to our sports afternoons/morning and showed your support for the children as they took part with their running, throwing and jumping events earning points for their houses. Thank you to those who took part in the hamper and well done to the winners – we raised £131.50 across the 4 sessions! Also a BIG well done and thank you to our year 6 sports captains who supported the sessions by demonstrating the events, scoring points and handing out stickers to the children. You were all wonderful role models – great job!
