We wanted to post a quick message to welcome to you all to Year 4 and tell you how excited we are about seeing you all on Wednesday!
Just a few useful notices:
- PE will be on a Tuesday and Thursday. We’ll be doing Netball in this first half term. Please can children come to school dressed in the correct school PE kit (black shorts, Mereside blue PE top is preferable otherwise a plain white t-shirt, grey or black socks and trainers)
- Homework will be sent out every Friday and will start next week (12th) and will be due in the following Thursday to be checked. Please ensure that you are using TT Rockstars for at least 25 minutes a week, completing at least 3 reads and practising 5 spelling words that will be set for you.
We think that’s all for now. Enjoy your last few days of holiday and think about all the fun experiences and new adventures that you’ll have in the coming year!
